Dancer’s Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Frozen Banana (1-2)
- Coconut Water (1 cup)
- Acai (1 frozen pack) or any type of fruit (1 cup)
- Spinach (1 handful)
- Chia Seeds (1/2 cup, soaked)
- Hemp Seeds (3 tablespoons)
- Bee Pollen (1 teaspoon)
- Chlorella (1 teaspoon)
- Moringa (1 teaspoon)
- Maca (1 tablespoon)
- Turmeric (1 tablespoon)
- Cacao Powder (1-2 tablespoons)
- Pink Salt (dash)
- Vega Protein Powder (1 scoop)
Directions:
- Mix well in high powered blender.
